What Trade Reporter does
Trade Reporter is not a trading robot. It watches your MetaTrader 5 account and posts what happens to your Telegram chats or channels and your Discord server. It never opens, closes or modifies a trade.
It is built for signal providers, prop-firm traders sharing their progress, trading groups, and anyone who wants their trades on their phone as they happen. Privacy modes keep your account size private, and a retry queue makes sure no post is lost.

OpenSide, symbol, entry, stop and target with distance in pips, lot size, and the risk at the stop in money and % of balance.
Stop and target moves"Stop moved to break-even", "profit locked", old → new. A trailing stop sends at most one message per position per minute (you set the gap).
Partial and full closeResult in money and %, pips, R-multiple measured from the first stop, entry → exit, time held, and why it closed.
Pending ordersPlaced, cancelled or expired. A filled pending order is reported once, as the open.

Retry queueRetries at 5 s, 15 s, 1 min and 5 min. It respects Telegram and Discord rate limits and paces sends to one every 2 seconds per destination.

Setup
Up and running in 4 steps
- Telegram: create a bot with @BotFather and copy its token. Add the bot to your channel or group as an admin.
- Discord: Server Settings › Integrations › Webhooks › New Webhook › Copy URL.
- MetaTrader: Tools › Options › Expert Advisors, tick "Allow WebRequest for listed URL" and add https://api.telegram.org and https://discord.com.
- Attach Trade Reporter to any chart, paste the token, chat and webhook, then press SEND TEST.
Tip. If you added the addresses while it was already running, reload it once (click the chart, press F7, then OK). MetaTrader applies the allowed-address list when an EA loads.
FAQ
Trade Reporter: questions
Does it trade?
No. It only reads your account and posts messages. It never opens, closes or modifies a trade.
Can I hide my account balance?
Yes. Choose "% only" or "pips and R only" and no money or lot sizes are posted.
Can I test it before buying?
Yes. In the Strategy Tester every post is printed to the journal, and a demo-trades option opens small tester-only trades so you can read every message type.
Is there a free version?
Yes. Trade Reporter Lite on the MQL5 CodeBase posts opens and closes to Telegram as text.
